Reading List

“A reader lives a thousand lives before he dies, said Jojen. The man who never reads lives only one.” ― George R.R. Martin

After recently graduating from university, you’d think I’d be sick of reading…. Well ACTUALLY, it turns out that I’ve developed a new appreciation for it (Maybe not so much of academic journals haha). As my grandmother and father frequently tell me, ‘Knowledge is Power’. So let’s get powerful!

So here is my reading list.

How To Be Yourself – David Taylor
Rich Dad Poor Dad – Robert Kiyosaki
Why Men Don’t Listen & Women Can’t Read Maps – Alan & Barbara Pease
Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus – John Gray
The Secret – Rhonda Byrne
There Is Nothing Wrong with You – Cheri Huber
F**K  It Therapy (All books in the series) – John Parkin
The Definitive Book of Body Language – Barbara Pease

How To Talk To Anyone – Leil Lowndes
When I Was Your Age – Mark Washburn

To Read:

Miracle Morning -Hal Elrod
Feel the Fear, & Do it Anyway -Susan Jeffers
How to Win Friends & Influence People -Dale Carnegie
7 Habits of Higley Effective People –  Stephen Covey
Eat That Frog – Brian Tracy
The Compound Effect – Darren Hardy

Flow – Mihály Csíkszentmihályi
The Magic – Rhonda Byrne
His Holiness the Dalai Lama – Dalai Lama

If you haven’t guessed already, I am very passionate about personal improvement, psychology and books with a philosophical underpinning, although I do also read for pleasure. Let’s see how far this can take me.

Feel free to comment any suggestions!
Wish me luck.
